There isn't an account manager in between us, and you won't end up explaining the same thing to three different people.

I keep my client list small enough to actually look after the websites I've built. When you email because a price has changed or you've got a new photo, you'll be talking to the person who can sort it.

Things I get asked.

What if I want to leave?+

Give me a month's notice, and that's it. No exit fee. The domain is in your name and stays with you, so you're free to take it wherever you like. The site itself comes off my hosting at the end of your notice, so if you're moving to someone else it's worth having them ready.

What am I paying for every month?+

Hosting, security, backups and the updates that keep it working. Any changes you want during the month. And someone who knows your website and answers when you email. Most websites are sold once and then quietly left to rot; yours will be looked after for as long as you're with me.

What if I already have a website?+

Then I'll rebuild it and move everything across. You don't need to do anything. It'll be a brand new site, but I can reuse old content if required.

Do I need to write anything?+

Only if you want to. I can write the content for you, or work from your existing site if you prefer.

Is there anything extra to pay?+

The domain name is a few pounds a year, and only if you don't already have one. There's no VAT on top either. Everything else is in the £99/m. Prices get reviewed once a year in April, and I'll tell you before anything changes.
